Orders placed from 20th December onwards
Orders placed with Express Delivery* option will be dispatched on working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) via DPD Courier. This service normally ensures delivery within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.
Orders placed with Standard Free UK shipping will now be dispatched using Royal Mail post on 28th/29th and 30th December, and then again from January 3rd onwards.
However, as you will no doubt be aware, Royal Mail is carrying out a series of on-going strike actions, resulting in delivery delays. Unfortunately, once the items are with Royal Mail, given the present strike action, we have no control over when they will deliver your goods.
We would recommend that if your purchase is urgent that you should use the Express Delivery option which means your item will be sent by DPD courier, or if your delivery address is outside of this option (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands), then it will be sent by Royal Mail 24Hour Tracked post which is being prioritised by Royal Mail.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience or delays that the Royal Mail strike action is having on your deliveries. We hope that they will reach an agreement very soon so that we can all return to normal!
